Wait you think animation is actually hard to do? HAHAHAHA... dude animating art is the EASY part you can animate someone else's art that's how easy it is. Try drawing that art though... oh wait you can LOL. I started out animating and eventually I felt like you do I lost interest I dropped projects I had been working on etc. I wasn't happy with JUST animating I needed to make a game a bigger more interactive experience to use for getting my point across to others. That's why I spent the last several years learning to do just that. Eventually you will find the missing combination of things you are looking for as long as you keep looking.

Even though you had to cut a few corners it doesn't really hurt this any. The animation just adds a comical effect that ends up working to your benefit in this one. Restrictions cause creativity and uniqueness and this is a decent example of that.

Should look into using blender and unreal engine. The sequencer in unreal is extremely powerful for this type of work.

Dude that was fkn awesome. I used to read that book when I was a kid it had tons of great stuff in it. But this just makes me want to go back and read it again but picturing it like this the whole time LOL.
