I am digging the shit out of this one. I think I am going to loop it 2 times add a really short fade out and drop it into necrodancer and check it out.

Sweet! I don't know what necrodancer is.
Yeah I wouldn't mind hearing a faster version of this it would be cool I think.
I think I might do that.
I am depressed that almost no one has heard this. I think this deserves far more exposure than it has gotten. And no one even reviewed this either.
I think it kicks ass you should promote this some.
Oh wow I really forgot about this one! I like this song, how did you ever find it? To be honest I actually almost never even uploaded it to Newgrounds, I kinda want to rerecord it... Thanks for the listen! I'm glad you liked it :D
Sounds like something from that short movie "the reward" it would have fit it really well anyhow.
That short film was awesome! Thanks for the review :)
Stones sounds much like the hymn Stricken, Smitten, and Afflicted: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qr7-fgX1CB0 Because they are in fact the same song in a sense. The "Avatar" in the ultima series referred to as the "Prophet" on many occasions and if you dig deeper into the lore you can in fact determine that the avatar is basically christ portrayed through the game in the form of the avatar. The whole thing is basically borrowed from the bible if you will with new elements mixed in. This is pretty common in games actually and many including chrono trigger use this formula.
Thanks for the link and feedback!
Yeah I am with you on this one it does do the original justice. You should consider expanding this one a little it feels short and could use a bit more length on it but it holds it's own for sure.
Thanks, Corpsecrank! With these classic VG tunes there are always opportunities to revisit them and expand upon them in the future. The piece itself is quite short at a little over a minute and a half, but it's a seamless loop, so if you just keep right on listening it can be as long as you want! Is that cheating? xD
Seriously I can't tell you recorded this with a phone because of heard so much worse from people with equipment that they paid shit tons of money for.
You cannot make up for a lack of skill with the best equipment and equally so you cannot hide true talent by using even the poorest of the poor mans equipment remember that.
Thank you so much, definitely one of the best reviews I've ever recieved. Rock and roll man.
Recorded with the worst equipment possible and it still sounds better than 70% of the stuff in this category that makes me smile. If I could afford to replace your equipment myself I would just because of this right here.
I can't tell you how much that means to me, a review that stands out above the general compliments that most listeners will post (not just on my stuff, but other users). Thank you so much dude, I really appreciate that.
Even though this is not my style of music AT ALL I have to say the production quality is really good. And damn those cymbals crashing the first time caught me off guard lol that part was fucking awesome it really grabbed my attention when it happened.
I ended up listening to this all the way through just because some of the things in it were actually keeping me engaged in it even though like I said not my style. That should say a lot I hope.
Wow, it's one thing for me to please someone who's into this style, but to appeal to someone who doesn't typically listen to this type really makes me feel accomplished! If it's one thing a musician loves to hear, it's that their music/songs can keep someone's interest and hearing that from you really makes me feel great. Thanks so much!
